Am I ready to apply for a junior web position?

27, Male and worked in retail for 12 years. Last few years I've worked my butt off to get a bachelor's of IT and have 2 units left. In that time I've been studying 3 hours a day on current web dev technologies as my university cause wasn't doing react etc

Now is the time I need to look for a job.

I've made:

• A react native app with an sqlite database,
• Rasp pi nodejs automated plant watering app with react aswell
• few tiny MVC sites
• passport.js i tried out
• used yarn npm and heroku
• Various other sites using EJS
• SCSS

Still need to try typescript

No experience in the field at all

Am I ready to apply? Worried I'm still not good enough compared to others applying or even just too old.
